Social Sciences Testing Materials Library
The Testing Materials Library contains the collection of psychological testing materials of the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences. On this page you will find information about borrowing these testing materials and the conditions attached.
Availability of the Testing Materials Library
The collection is only available for staff and students of the study programmes of Psychology and Pedagogical Sciences of the UU Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences.
Requesting testing materials
The testing material is housed in the depository. You must request testing material in WorldCat. Type 'Testotheek' followed by a word from the title and/or the name of the author in the search bar of WorldCat. Tips on searching testing materials can be found in the LibGuide Special Materials.
The loan period is two weeks. For teaching purposes within the Faculty of Social Sciences, the loan period is longer.
Collecting and returning a test
After requesting a test, you can collect and return the test at the Service desk of the University Library Utrecht Science Park.
Tests can only be collected on working days:

Borrowing conditions
In principle, all tests can be borrowed and consulted. But please note that borrowing is subject to conditions as stated in the lending regulations of Utrecht University Library.
After borrowing, please return the test material on time, complete, not written upon and in good condition.
You are not allowed to do this with testing material:
- fill in or write on the questionnaires or test forms coming with the tests;
- copy the forms or tests (because of copyrights);
- lend them to third parties.
You may only write on test forms that you have ordered via the order form. These forms are not part of the testing materials.The invoice for the test forms will be sent to your home address.
If you damage or lose materials, you pay a compensation of at least €35 per book or test. If you borrow a lot of test material, the bill may run up. Moreover, the library may deny you the right to borrow from the Testing Material Library.
