Report data breach
Is there an incident where you suspect a personal data breach? Or have you yourself received information containing personal data that are not intended for you? Please report this as soon as possible to the ICT Service Desk of Utrecht University.
This can be done by email to datalek@uu.nl or (in urgent situations) by phone at +31 (0) 30 253 45 00.
Report clearly:
- what it is about
- how you discovered the data breach
- information about the extent of the breach
The ICT Service Desk employee may ask for your contact details so that a privacy officer from Utrecht University can contact you later to retrieve more information.
