Available accommodations

  • Temporary furnished Plaza studio available for international UU Master's student

    • Eligibility: international, UU Master's student or Phd
    • Rental period: until 5 August 2025 (early contract termination or extension not possible)
    • Rent: 803 euros per month including utilities
    • Deposit: 1152 euros
    • Location: Limapad, Utrecht Science Park
    • Facilities: furnished, self-contained studio with private kitchen and bathroom
    • Rent allowance: possible under certain conditions. For more information, please visit the Dutch government's housing benefit webpage or the Dutch tax administration's webpage.

  • Furnished rooms at Xior Willem Dreeslaan for degree student (Ba/Ma/PhD)

    • Size: appr. 18 m2
    • Eligibility: (international) UU degree student or PhD
    • Rental period: fixed dat, until 4 August 2025 (early termination or extension not possible)
    • Rent: rent is 668 - 758 euros per month incl. utilities
    • Deposit: 500 euros
    • Rent allowance: no

  • Furnished SSH room at USP for male, international degree student (Ba, Ma, PhD)

    • Size: 18 m2
    • Eligibility:
      • International, male UU MA student who is currently enrolled in their first year of a two-year programme, or:
      • International, male UU BA student who is currently enrolled in their first or second year, or:
      • International, male PhD candidate who has not rented with SSH Short Stay before
    • Rental period: until 23 January 2026 (early termination or extension not possible)
    • Rent: rent is 580 euros per month incl. utilities
    • Rent allowance: no
    • Location: Utrecht Science Park, Cambridgelaan
    • Facilities: furnished room with a sink. Kitchen, bathroom and toilet shared with one other male tenant.

  • Temporary studio with Plaza for international degree student

    • Eligibility: international UU degree student 
    • Rental period: 22 March 2025 until 31 July 2025 (early contract termination or extension not possible)
    • Rent: 688 euros per month including utilities

    • Facilities: furnished, self-contained studio with private kitchen and bathroom
