  • Furnished Xior room at Willem Dreeslaan

    • Eligibility: international UU degree, exchange or PhD student
    • Rental period: 1 April 2026 until 3 August 2026 (early termination or extension not possible)
    • Location: Utrecht, Willem Dreeslaan
    • Facilities: furnished room with sink. Shared kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
    • Rent: 640,50 euros per month incl. utilities
    • Administration fee: 75 euros
    • One-off cleaning fee: 85 euros
    • Deposit: 750 euros
    • Rent allowance: not possible
    • Apply: email StudentServices@uu.nl with your student number and Willem Dreeslaan in the subject line.
