  • Temporary SSH studio per 1 July 2026

    • Eligibility: currently enrolled students who have not lived with SSH before
    • Rental period: temporary from 1 July 2026 until 12 August 2026 (early termination or extension not possible)
    • Location: Bisschoppen, USP, Utrecht
    • Facilities: furnished private studio with a private kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
    • Occupancy: 1 person max
    • Rent: 980.34 euros per month incl. utilities
    • Rent allowance: not possible
    • Apply: email us via StudentServices@uu.nl. Please mention your student ID and SSH Bisschoppen studio in the subject line, and confirm that you have not lived with SSH before.

Temporary Plaza Studio

  • Temporary furnished Plaza studio available until August 2026

    • Eligibility: international UU students
    • Rental period: until 6 August 2026 (early contract termination or extension not possible)
    • Rent: 822 euros per month including utilities
    • Deposit: +/- 1240 euros
    • Location: Limapad, Utrecht Science Park
    • Facilities: furnished, self-contained studio with private kitchenette and bathroom
    • Rent allowance: possible under certain conditions. For more information, please visit the Dutch government's housing benefit webpage or the Dutch tax administration's webpage.
    • Apply: email us at StudentServices@uu.nl and include your student number and Limapad studio 2 in subject line (first-come, first-served).
