Utrecht has been awarded the best cycling city in the world. The Gardens are about 5 km from the center of Utrecht and are easily accessible by (OV/Public Transport) bicycle from Utrecht Central Station, among other places. Of course, the Gardens can also be easily included in a longer bike ride in the beautiful surroundings of Utrecht. Do you want to plan a bike ride? This can be done, for example, via the bicycle route planner of the Dutch cyclists' union. Are you coming on an electric bicycle? Please keep in mind that it is unfortunately not yet possible to charge the bicycle with us.
Are you traveling via Utrecht Central Station? Take tram 20, 21 or 22 to the Padualaan stop, or bus 28 to the Botanische Tuinen stop. Please note, the tram does not run on weekends. For traveling by public transport via other locations, see 9292.nl.
