Study & Work Together Sessions

We know a lot of Incluusion students are currently residing in asylum centers and have limited space for focused studying. Therefore, we want to make sure that you have a specific place at the university where you can come together to study and work. 
We host sessions at the university regularly, in both the city centre and on the Utrecht Science Park. During these sessions, there is no specific programme: you can just drop by (with fellow students or buddies if you like!) to study or work together.

We hope that these sessions will provide you with a calm place to study and work in a friendly environment. During the sessions, there will always be someone from the Incluusion Community core group or Incluusion team present, in case you want to talk to somebody or have questions. 

The sessions will last anywhere from 2 to 4 hours. You can find an overview of the dates below. Feel free to drop by whenever you like!

Thursday 22 February 2024 from 14:00 to 17:00 hrs
Room 0.33G in the Bestuursgebouw on Utrecht Science Park. The address of the Administration Building is Heidelberglaan 8, Utrecht. It is located at the Utrecht Science Park. The tram and bus stop right in front of the building. When you enter the building, turn left at the reception and walk to the end of the hall/wing. It will be located on your right side through a common room.

Drift 25 - room 002 in the City Centre. The entrance is at Drift 27. Turn right after the reception and go through a revolving door. Take another turn right to enter the Drift 25 building.
