Projects
It is our aim to build a bridge between fundamental research and useful insights and practical applications. We do this by investigating social and organisational issues, and, for example, by applying interventions in practice in an evidence-based approach.
Our bridge building activities include:
- Collaborating with external parties
- Conducting applied research (by collecting data within organisations and testing interventions in the field)
- Conducting experimental research (and combining self-report and behavioural measures with psychophysiological and/or neuroscientific research methods used in the lab)
- Sharing our research findings, knowledge and experience with the public
