Reservations at the Faculty Club

Welcome to the Living Room of Utrecht University! We welcome you daily from 11 am to 9 pm. Whether you come for lunch, drinks or dinner (up to 30 people), or just for a drink at the bar, you are most welcome. We also have quiet workspaces on the mezzanine where you can enjoy a latte macchiato. 

To make a reservation for lunch or dinner in the Living Room or to arrange details, please call after 11.00 am: +31 (0)30 253 9910. You can also fill in a reservation form (Dutch):

We accept group bookings for up to 30 people. Please submit your request via the booking form or by email at least one day before your visit. Your booking is only confirmed once you have received confirmation from us.

Please note: if you submit your request on a Friday, you will receive confirmation on the following Monday.
