Room hire
The rooms of the Faculty Club can be hired for various kinds of meetings, both by members and non-members. The rooms are not only suitable for meetings, but also for receptions, dinners and parties, such as after a PhD defence or inaugural lecture.
Reserving a room
In order to hire a room in the Faculty Club for a meeting, dinner or reception, you can contact the Reservations Office, phone number +31 30 253 8254 or via reserveringen.academiegebouw@uu.nl. They can provide you with all the information on hiring, hiring conditions, etc.

Rates
The table shows the rates for members / non-members per daily period:
- A. 1 daily period (such as from 9 am - 12:30 am).
- B. 2 daily periods (such as from 9 am - 5:30 pm).
- B. 3 daily periods (such as from 9 am - 11 pm).

Facility Services Centre
The Facilities Services Centre (FSC) of Utrecht University is responsible for the room reservations and related services (audiovisual support, reception, etc.) of Utrecht University Hall and the Faculty Club.
Facilities
Audiovisual resources such as an LCD screen, a projection screen, a projector, a laptop, a flipchart and others are present on-site and included in the rates. Wi-Fi is available in the entire Utrecht University Hall, including the Faculty Club.
Safety and maximum number of guests
In order to guarantee the safety of guests, every room has a maximum number of allowed persons. These numbers are pointed out to you during the reservation process. Utrecht University kindly but urgently requests that you abide by these numbers. If you do not, the Facilities Services Centre will see it as necessary to deny guests access to an event if the maximum number of guests allowed in a room has been reached.
