Online Talk: 'Interim Measures in Competition Law Proceedings'

Carla Farinhas organised and moderated an Online Talk on ‘Interim Measures in Competition Law Proceedings’ that took place on October 29, 2020.

The initiative gathered several distinguished speakers who shared different perspectives on the use of interim measures at EU and national level:

• Maria José Costeira (Judge at the General Court of the EU);
• José Luís da Cruz Vilaça (former Advocate-General, President of the CFI, Judge at the Court of Justice of the EU, currently lawyer);
• Massimiliano Kadar (Deputy Head of Unit C.1: Antitrust in Telecoms, of DG COMP, at the European Commission);
• and Jorge Ferreira (Head of the Anti-Cartel Unit, at the Portuguese Competition Authority).
