Call for Papers: A multi-disciplinary take on the role of the judiciary in the law of the sea

Het Judicial Jurisdiction Project van het Netherlands Institute for the Law of the Sea (NILOS) en het Utrecht University Centre for Water, Oceans and Sustainability Law (UCWOSL) – beide onderdeel van het department Rechtsgeleerdheid van de Universiteit Utrecht – nodigen u uit om papers in te dienen voor de conferentie A multi-disciplinary take on the role of the judiciary in the law of the sea. Bijdragen zijn welkom over een scala aan thema's die zijn gewijd aan, maar niet beperkt tot, thema's met expliciete verwijzing naar UNCLOS tribunalen en hun jurisprudentie. Abstracts moeten worden ingediend voor 29 februari 2024.
