Information for Utrecht University staff, students and associations
Make sure your voice is heard! Talk with your lecturers, course coordinator and contact your faculty council. You can also reach out to the Green Team at your faculty.
In addition, have a look at the website of the UULabs. Through UULabs you can solve sustainability questions for the university, creating real impact, while earning credits for your course.

Furthermore, have a look at the website of the UULabs. By participating in UULabs, your students get to research and solve sustainability challenges. Research and solutions that you find promising are fed back to UU’s business operations where the possibilities for implementation are further explored.
Have a look at the website of the UULabs. UULabs enables support staff to pose sustainability-related questions, which will be researched by students under the supervision of their lecturer, within a course.

We do not share surveys aimed at the UU community unless it is from someone within our community – we get too many requests for this. Please send an email to greenoffice@uu.nl if you wish to interview someone from the university. Be as specific as possible, so we know how to help you as best as we can.
If there is a sustainability-related vacancy at your organisation, feel free to share it with us through greenoffice@uu.nl. Depending on the number of similar offers reaching us, we will share them through our communication channels.
The goal of Green Office Utrecht University is to work together with our community in the field of sustainable development at Utrecht University. Collaborations with external companies or organisations do not fall under this scope, and we are therefore unable to accept such requests.
The goal of Green Office Utrecht University is to work together with our community in the field of sustainable development at Utrecht University. Promotions of campaigns from external companies or organisations do not fall under this scope, and we are therefore unable to accept such request.
Green Office Utrecht University falls under the Sustainability Office of Utrecht University, and we can therefore not sign manifestos, pledges, petitions or similar proposals.
Utrecht University works with tender-contracts, so Green Office Utrecht University cannot buy your sustainable products. For more information on these contracts, visit UU's purchasing and tendering centre.
It is a university-wide policy that UU-locations can only be used for events with an educational purpose – it is therefore not possible to host drinks at Green Office Utrecht University.
