We live in a golden-age of information and Information Technologies (IT). Every day more users integrate more technologies in their daily lives, and companies heavily rely on both the input and output from digital sources.
In our group, we conduct research and provide education on the usage and deployment of Information Technology in organisations and society. Information Technologies have become an integral part of our lives and its adoption throughout all layers of society and all layers of technical understanding provides many new and interesting challenges and opportunities.

Related to those research areas services are provided to organisations in the private as well as public sector. We give courses and coach students in the bachelor programs Information Science and Computer Science. We lead an international master program Business Informatics (MBI) with students from all over the world.
