Sport and Society

Sport & Society is a great example of team play between our university and society

Sport has increased in societal significance and is frequently presented as a solution to many current societal problems. Sport is a rich context for research that can yield new knowledge about co-creating public value. The focus area Sport & Society promotes interdisciplinary research that studies the meaning of sport for a healthy, inclusive and secure society.
