Utrecht University is preparing new courses and masters in Applied Data Science.

Bachelor students can follow the Applied Data Science minor.
There is also a dedicated  minor Applied Data Science for Economists.
Master students can opt for the Master Applied Data Science.
There is also a Master Data Science.
