Lukas van den Berge (PhD Utrecht 2016) works at the Institute for Jurisprudence, Constitutional and Administrative Law of Utrecht University. His research interests include constitutional and administrative law, legal philosophy and law & humanities.
As a lecturer, Lukas van den Berge is involved in various courses on bachelor's and master's level. In 2022, the students of Utrecht Law School designated him as the 'lecturer of the year'. In 2024, he became Utrecht University's Honours Teacher of the Year.
Sinds September 2023, Lukas van den Berge is board member of the Utrecht Law College. He is also chair of Utrecht University's Central Electorial Office and board member of the Netherlands Association for the Philosophy of Law (VWR).
