Registration information
Registration for the EUCARPIA Leafy Vegetable Conference 28 - 31 August 2023 in Utrecht is now closed. You will find the registration information and participations fees listed below. Deadline for registration was 16 August 2023. Submission deadline for abstracts was 26 June 2023.

Conference fees

  • General participant: € 395,00
  • EUCARPIA member: € 345,00
  • Student/PhD: € 295,00
  • Multi-user-ticket: €545,00 *

Payment options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Ideal

* Multi-user-tickets are meant to be shared among colleagues from the same organization/company, who want to visit parts of the conference, but will not be present at the same time. So, tickets can be swapped between people from one organization, allowing to visit different days/parts of the program, but only for one person at the same time. Please provide all names under comments (max. 4 people).

Registration form
Registration is closed. When you have registered using the form, you have received a confirmation by email containing a payment link. Your registration is final only when we have received your payment.

Conference registration/payment includes:
- Access to all scientific sessions of the EUCARPIA LVC 2023 programme
- Welcome reception, Conference dinner and City Tour
- Refreshments during coffee breaks and light lunch during lunch breaks
- Free public transporation pass 

Please Note: the conference fees do not include hotel accommodation. You are kindly asked to take care of your accommodation by yourself. Further info is available under Venue & Accomodation.

Notification: We encourage you to book a hotel near Utrecht central station right after your registration, as hotels fill up quickly! See also Accomodation & Venue.

Abstract
Please follow the instructions below for submission of your abstract: 

  • Word limit: 250 words (not counting the title and authors)
  • Submission deadline for abstracts: 26 June 2023, selected speakers were notified in the 1st week of July, 2023
  • The dimensions for the poster are A0: 84,1 centimeter (wide) x 118,8 centimeter (height), in portrait. 
  • Use the abstract template.

Cancellation conditions: 

  • Until 1 June 2023: cancellation free of charge
  • From 1 June 2023: € 50,-- per registration
  • From 18 August 2023: 100% cancellation fee

Film and photography
Photo, video and/or audio recordings will be made during this conference. By participating in this event, you agree to any publication of these.
