Master's Open Day

Twice a year, we organise a Master’s Open Day where you can get to know our programme New Media & Digital Culture. You can join our information session, talk to our students and staff, and find out if this is the Master's for you.
General session for students of Universities of Applied Sciences (HBO)
The Faculty of Humanities will organise a general session for students of Dutch Universities of Applied Sciences who are interested in doing a Master’s programme, in which the main differences between 'hbo' and 'wo' are discussed ('Van hbo naar wo: ervaringen van onze premasterstudenten').

Dr Michiel de Lange and Dr Dennis Nguyen are Programme Coordinators
Michiel de Lange is an Assistant Professor in New Media Studies. His interests lay in the field of (mobile) media, urban culture, identity and play. Dennis Nguyen is an Assistant Professor for Digital Literacy and Digital Methods at the Department of Media and Culture Studies at Utrecht University. His current research investigates the framing of data-driven technologies in public discourses, data ecologies, differences between digital cultures, and the role of critical data literacy in the digital society.
