Online work session Recognition and Rewards
On December 1st and 3 December 2020, the Open Science working group Recognition and Rewards will organize an online work session that will discuss working in academia. What makes you proud? What did you require for this? What is the ideal team composition in your opinion? How do you perceive recognition and rewards in universities? These are examples of questions that will be addressed to learn from each other and to share experiences.
Both work sessions will be the first of a possible series of six meetings that will be organized. Everybody is welcome to join in, whether you are senior, junior, scientific or supporting staff. The session will be interactive.

For anyone who wants get more familiar with the debate regarding Recognition and Reward ahead of the session we recommend reading the VSNU et al. (2019) position paper.
Date of the meetings: Tuesday December 1st and Thursday December 3rd 2020 (Please note: the session on 1 December is in Dutch and the session 3 December is in English)
