Faculty Club - Trilogy of the Rule of Law part 2

to

On Tuesday 28 May in the Faculty Club, we will organise the long-awaited part 2 of Trilogy of the Rule of Law. Together with lawyers Hanneke van Eijken (first professor on the Alex Brenninkmeijer exchange chair) and Pauline Phoa (associate professor), we will turn our attention to the rule of law and Europe. What exactly is this about? Where are we with the rule of law and where is it heading?

After an interesting part 1 of Trilogy of the rule of law ('The judge and the psychiatrist' on 22 December 2022) where we looked at the intersection of psychiatry, criminal law and ethics with Gerben Meynen and Sjors Ligthart and interviewer Karin van den Boogaert, part 2 is finally underway. The (double) interview will again be conducted by Karin van den Boogaert and is open to all UU alumni and staff.

Come to the Faculty Club on Tuesday 28 May to learn and talk, because on 6 June next, we will be voting for the European Parliament! And if you want to prepare even more for the European elections, also come to Festival Europa on Friday 31 May (entrance is free).
