Production, Service and Maintenance
The RESO Department is responsible for the service and maintenance activities as well as for mechanical realisation.
The activities comprise the following fields of expertise:
- Metal and plastic machining
- Advice on mechanical realisation
- Service to all laboratory equipment
- First line failures
- Repairs
- Installation of equipment
- Preventive maintenance of vacuum pumps, -80 freezers, HPLC systems
- Revision of vacuum pumps (oil and membrane)
- Calibration of pipettes and balances
- NEN3140 inspection
- Contract management for the validation of incubators, laminar flow cabinets and ultracentrifuges
- Advise when purchasing equipment
- Contact with external service companies

Machinery for processing metal and plastic includes:
- CNC milling (up to 5-axis simultaneous) for complex products
- CNC turning
- Wire EDM
- Zinc sparks
- Conventional turning and milling
- TIG and MIG welding
- Vacuum soldering
- Heat treatments in oven

The RESO Department also provides full-range maintenance services to all laboratory equipment. When you want to hire an external maintenance company, we can act as mediator and contact person.
