Dilemma Game presented to dean of Faculty of Science
On Monday, July 1st, Dr. Sebastiaan Greveling of the Nanophotonics group presented the first printed copy of a newly developed Dilemma Game on "Diversity and Inclusion" to the Dean of the Faculty of Science, Prof. dr. Isabel Arends.This set of cards is the tangible result of an exploration of this theme that Sebastiaan has guided in the past year. It emphasizes the value we place on inclusivity and diversity in the workplace, and encourages the participants to think about how to create an environment that is open and welcoming for all people.
