Sharing Days: De Oude Hortus - botanical drawing
Come botanical drawing in the greenhouse and see plants up close! See those veins in the leaves? Did you know that a flower has a heart? Together with artist and horticulturist Laura Groeneveld, you will bring the special plants of the Old Hortus to life on paper. Discover the artist in yourself!
This is a continuous programme. There are different types of workshops during the day at the Old Hortus.
Sharing Days
Every year in June, the Sharing Days take place in Utrecht. This alumni event with festival vibes offers a jam-packed program with numerous activities in the fields of science, research, sports and culture. Spread across locations on the Science Park and in the lively city center of Utrecht, the Alumni Office facilitates workshops, tours, master classes and other festivities especially for all alumni of Utrecht University.
