Learning for Impact in a Changing World

Given the continuing struggle with coronavirus the decision has been made to change the format of the eucen-conference 2021. Instead of the planned broad conference with several side activities, Utrecht University will organize on Wednesday June 2^nd a smaller one day online event, in the form of an ‘expert seminar’ with a plenary opening and several workshops in line with the streams as announced for the conference.

The full programme of the one-day event will be published in two weeks.

The next ‘regular’ eucen-conference will take place in 2022 in Budapest and the conference of 2023 will most likely take place in Utrecht, spearheaded by Utrecht University as planned.

Changing role of universities

The main theme of the day (Learning for Impact in a Changing World) and the streams will stay the same:

• Impact of Societal change on University Continuing Education
• The future of education and modern workplace learning
• University Continuing Education as Professional Practice within universities

Join conference

The event is equally addressed to researchers, practitioners, administrators as well as professionals and their organisations. We invite everyone who is interested to sign up for the event and bring your experiences into the discussions on continuing education (education aimed at professionals).
