Joep Lindeman is a full professor of criminal procedure law at the Willem Pompe Institute for Criminal Law and Criminology. He is one of the program leaders of the Montaigne Centre for Rule of Law and Administration of justice. His research-focus lies on Criminal Procedure and judicial organisation, both in the Netherlands and abroad. However, his interest also lies in Substantive criminal law, White Collar Crime and European Criminal Law.
He got his PhD-degree on a thesis about Dutch Public Prosecutors, that can be downloaded here.
He teaches in criminal procedural law (both in the bachelor and the master) and supervises master-thesis.
He is the chair of the Board of Examiners (master) of the School of Law.
