Jenneke van Ditzhuijzen (MSc, PhD) is an assisant professor of Interdisciplinary Social Science - Social Policy & Public Health at Utrecht University, since April 2021. Before that, she worked at Rutgers as a researcher, at the UvA and the UU as a senior lecturer, and also worked as an independent researcher-consultant for over 10 years. She did her PhD at Utrecht University, which was on abortion and mental health. Jenneke is trained as an experimental psychologist, but over the years developed a broader outlook and moved toward interdisciplinary social science, public health, and applied policy research. Her work centers around sexual and reproductive health, sexuality, and the intersection with mental health.
