Key2Teach

We develop and evaluate interventions to increase youth’s well-being and promote their talents. One example is the Key2Teach project, in which we study the effect of a teacher-focused coaching program in regular and special primary education. Teachers are encouraged to reflect on their perceived relationship and interaction with students who exhibit difficult behaviours. They are then coached to improve their interaction with these students. By doing so, we aim to positively impact the extent to which teachers feel able to handle difficult behaviours, and to improve teachers’ relationships and interactions with students who exhibit such behaviours.
