Dr Renée Steenbergen will study the different ways in which the arts and the cultural industry are financed in times of economic recession in Western Europe.
The project ‘Asymmetrical Encounters: E-Humanity Approaches to Reference Cultures in Europe, 1815-1992’ has received a HERA grant of one million euros.
