Yulia Levashova presented on the Colloquim International Investment Law and Competition Law
On Friday 28 September 2018, Yulia Levashova – researcher associated with the Utrecht Centre for Water Oceans and Sustainability Law at Utrecht University and Nyenrode Business University – presented on the Colloquim International Investment Law and Competition Law at Zaragoza University in Spain. In her presentation titled ‘State Aid Schemes and Foreign Investors’ Legitimate Expectations’ Levashova discussed the application of the concept of legitimate expectations in international iinvestment law and state aid law.
