While filling in the assessment and development (B&O) form, one question dominated UYA member Madelijn Strick: What achievements do I emphasise?

This is less self-evident as the VSNU, NWO. NFU, and ZonMw announced they are working on a plan to evaluate academics differently. Besides research output, other career paths such as societal impact will weigh more in the assessment.
