New teacher development offer 2023/2024
Last week, the Teaching and Learning Inspiration Days took place, a week filled with workshops and inspiration sessions. Were you not able to attend a session or would you also like to keep developing yourself as a teacher during the rest of the year? The Centre for Academic Teaching and Learning (CAT) organises interesting workshops and webinars (W&W) throughout the year.
For example, you can attend sessions on effectively supervising theses, active learning activities, motivation, how to provide effective feedback, ChatGPT, and student well-being. In addition, sessions on Challenge Based Learning (CBL) will be organised, specifically on how to design a CBL course and how the teacher role in a CBL course can differ from a traditional course.
Moreover, you can join several sessions focusing on assessment, namely on analysing assessments in Remindo, alternative forms of assessment, and how to develop good assessment questions. Furthermore, you can attend the knowledge clip sessions again and the course design series will be organised again.
