New teacher development offer

Would you like to keep developing yourself as a teacher? In the coming months, the Centre for Academic Teaching and Learning (CAT) will again organise interesting workshops and webinars focused on teacher development.

Join us, for example, at the lunch lecture by Susan van Schalkwyk, director of the Centre for Health Professions Education at Stellenbosch University in South Africa. She will discuss the social role of the university, especially how socially responsive curricula can contribute to fulfilling that role.

You can also attend several tool workshops. Learn more about the tool DialogueTrainer, which allows students to improve their communication skills, or Konjoin, a tool to match students with projects. Also, the knowledge clip workshops will be held again, and you can participate in the workshop on active learning activities, in which you will learn how to stimulate active learning among your students.
