Data Privacy Project: Call for Research Projects

Are you struggling with privacy-sensitive data in your research? Then it's good to know that RDM Support is working on the Data Privacy Project. This is a university-wide initiative to build knowledge and expertise on how to deal with personal data, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We aim to develop practical solutions for data privacy issues. Concretely, we are working on:

  1. A publicly accessible Data Privacy Handbook: a knowledge base and overview of tools to learn about data privacy.
  2. Practical and reusable tools and workflows through Use Cases. These are research projects that we actively support to address concrete data privacy-related issues.
  3. Investigating your data privacy needs through a Survey.
  4. Developing training materials on handling personal data and using the available tools.
