Daniela Salvatori appointed new member KHMW

The Royal Dutch Society of Sciences and Humanities (KHMW) has appointed Daniela Salvatori as a new member. The KHMW is the oldest 'Learned Society' in the Netherlands and was founded in 1752. It aims to bridge the gap between science and society. This fits beautifully with Daniela's work as professor and chair of TPI Utrecht.

Daniela Salvatori is Professor Comparative Anatomy and Physiology since August 2019. She is also head of Anatomy and Physiology and chairperson of the Utrecht Transition to Animal-free Innovation initiative.
