Article Trouw: Asylum agreement

The asylum agreement can only succeed if practical, legal, and humane concerns are honestly considered, said Karin Geuijen and Marij Swinkels (Utrecht University) also on behalf of 62 scientists. 

In their article recently published in de Trouw, they state that they are pleased that an agreement on asylum reception has finally been reached, but still have many concerns about its implementation and content. With 62 experts, they have prepared an advice for the Cabinet, in the hope of creating an efficient, fair and humane asylum policy.
