Tracks
When you apply for this Master's programme in Social, Health and Organisational Psychology, you will choose one of the following two tracks. In the beginning of the programme you will also choose two elective courses, within SHOP (with the option to choose one elective from another Master’s programme).
Social Influence and Health Promotion
The following courses are compulsory for this track:
- Communication: effective interaction in theory and practice (period 1)
- Nudging (period 2)
This track is based on the research programme 'Social-cognitive and Interpersonal Determinants of Behaviour' and Health Psychology and Self-regulation.
Work and Organisation
The following courses are compulsory for this track:
- Work and Performance (period 1)
- Organizational Development (period 2)
This track is based on the research programme 'Work and Organisational Psychology: Occupational Health Psychology'.
For the electives in period 2, you can choose from the following courses: Nudging; Social Influence, Public Communication and Advertising; Health promotion and behavior change; Organizational development.
