Application Dates and Deadlines
The applications for Fall 2024 have closed. Applications for Fall 2025 will open on October 1st, 2024.

* Financial aid scholarship applicants must apply by the 1 December 2024 deadline. Please note that the scholarship applications will be closed after this date. Financial aid decisions will be released on or before 1 April.
Deadlines
Applications must be submitted no later than 23:59 Dutch time (Central European Time Zone, UTC+1) of the day mentioned.
Applying early (1 December) is advisable as there is more time for UCU to consider your application. If you are not admitted in the Early Round, you may be selected for reconsideration with the Regular Round. The applicant timeline will shift accordingly for Early Round applicants who opt-in for reconsideration with the Regular Round. Refer to the dates and deadlines above.
For your application to be considered, you must upload all documents, including proof of your English proficiency and a submitted recommendation form, by the application deadline. To treat all candidates equally, we cannot make exceptions. Your English proficiency results need to be in the form of an official certificate or you need to authorize University College Utrecht to verify your results online. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
