In education, Richta IJntema is an innovative and inspiring force. She leads the way when it comes to blended learning and develops highly valued, university-wide e-learnings in the areas of career development, intervision, and communication skills. She contributed to the development of the popular AI-powered online tool “DialogueTrainer”, designed for training professional communication skills. In both 2008 and 2019, she received the Maarten J. M. van Son award for her achievements in Psychology education. In 2018, she was nominated in the category “Education Hacker” for the SURF Education Awards, and in 2024, she was nominated for the Education Innovation Award by the Dutch Society for Medical Education.

In the Social, Health & Organisational Psychology master's programme, Richta is responsible for the following courses:
