Schrama is responsible for education in the field of personal and family law and comparative law. She gives lectures in the bachelor courses:

  • The Law of persons and family law
  • Matrimonial property law and relationship property law
  • Comparative law methodology
  • Empathy for biologist, legal scholars and social scientists
  • Foundations of the law for students of social science

She is a lecturer in the master courses:

  • Advanced family law;
  • International and European Family Law and
  • the LRM course Methodology II: a comparative perspective
  • Caput Informal cohabitation
  • Juveniles and the Law

She is also involved with the ost-thesis and the supervision of LRM research projects. She gives guest lectures at the Free University of Amsterdam and at the University of Groningen in matters such as divorce law. Previously, Schrama also taught Introduction to property law and private international law. Schrama delivers lectures as part of post academic programmes on the legal position of informal cohabitants and receht developements in family law to lawyers, judges and notaries.
