Making appointments:

Please add my agenda to your outlook and request meetings in any empy spots, or spots that are marked 'free'. Go to calendar, choose 'add calendar', 'choose from directory' and enter my email address. Alternatively, create a new appointment in your calendar, go to the 'scheduling assistant' tab, and add me there to see my availability. Email me when this is not sufficient.
