Making appointments:

Please add my agenda to your outlook and request meetings in any empty spots, or spots that are marked 'free'. Go to calendar, choose 'add calendar', 'choose from directory' and enter my email address. Note that it's helpful to use the ‘weekly’ view - the ‘monthly’ view makes everything seem ‘busy’. Alternatively, create a new appointment in your calendar, go to the 'scheduling assistant' tab, and add me there to see my availability. E-mail me when this is not sufficient.
