My research focuses on Natural Language Processing (NLP), specifically on language change and information-theoretic approaches to linguistics. I investigate the evolution of synonyms and the relationship between morphology and syntax in numerous languages worldwide. My work ties in with the Sector Plan Social and Behavioural Sciences under the theme The human factor in new technologies. For a more extensive description of my research, see the page "Research".
