Furthermore:

I am one of three authors of the textbook De vorming van het land (The forming of the land) - with colleagues Stouthamer and Hoek. This is part 1 of the series Berendsen - Fysische Geografie van Nederland (Berendsen - Physical Geography of the Netherlands). Its 7th edition (2015) was majorly updated and revised, the 8th edition (2020) has been further revised and updated. The text book is used in our BSc training on geology and geomorphology of the Netherlands. Color illustrations are available at http://www.geo-vorming.nl. Translation of the text book in English has been worked on, but is on hold given developments in our BSc curriculum renewal.
