Kelly Breemen is Assistant Professor at the Centre for Intellectual Property Law (CIER) of the Molengraaff Institute for Private Law and a researcher at the Montaigne Centre for Rule of Law and Administration of Justice, specializing in research at the intersection of art, culture, law and technology. She is especially interested in topics concerning copyright law, cultural heritage (digitisation, access and control over heritage materials in a broad sense) and human rights.
