I received a PhD in English Literature from the University of Chicago in 2017 and currently teach BA, MA, and RMA courses in English and Comparative Literature at Utrecht University. I research the media imaginaries, affective structures, and materialities that underlie novelistic remediations of history in 20th century literature. My first book manuscript, Modernism, Media, and the Politics of Common Life, is under contract with Johns Hopkins University Press.
