Core lectureres of our programme include:
- Dr Jeroen Derwall, associate professor of Sustainable Finance. His research covers sustainable investing and shareholder engagement. He teaches the courses Corporate Finance and Society, and Sustainable Investing.
- Prof Marie Dutordoir, professor of Corporate Finance. Her research had broadly focused on corporate finance, including green finance, convertible debt and stakeholder-oriented finance. She teaches in the course Corporate Finance and Society.
- Dr Rients Galema, associate professor of Finance. His research focuses on sustainable finance and banking. He teaches the course Ethics in Finance.
- Dr Dirk Gerritsen, associate professor of Finance. His research covers financial markets and ESG investing. He teaches the course Investment Management.
- Dr Yunhui Han, assistant professor of Finance. Yunhui’s research interest broadly covers corporate and municipal finance. She teaches in the course Sustainable Investing.
- Dr Ronald Huisman, professor of Finance, and impact investor. His research focus includes energy finance and sustainable investments. He teaches the course Impact Investing.
- Dr Mads Nielsen, assistant professor of Finance. His work broadly focuses on asset pricing and he teaches in the courses Sustainability Risk, and Empirical Economics.
- Dr Yilong Xu, associate professor of finance. He conducts experimental research in finance, including research on investors’ sustainability preferences, inequality and ethics, and financial decision making.
- Prof Frank Verbeeten, professor of Accounting. His research includes performance measurement (including sustainability and intangibles), designing control systems and the role of the CFOs in organizations. He teaches in the course Corporate Finance and Society.
