Prof Sandra Schruijer studies the social dynamics of interorganisational collaborative relationships. She is interested how organisations deal with a diversity of interests, identities and perspectives and how trust between organizations can be built. Further, she is  interested in the dynamics of small groups. Sandra is also a historian and member of the Descartes Centre for the History and Philosophy of the Sciences and the Humanities.
