Civil claims in criminal proceedings
UCALL-researchers Renée Kool (project leader), François Kristen en Jessy Emaus will conduct, in cooperation with Oscar Pluijmer, Daan van Uhm, Emma van Gelder (Willem Pompe Instituut), Leonie van Lent (the Montainge Centre) and Manoek Houben, a government-funded study into the problems that surround civil claims in criminal proceedings.
The project is commissioned by the Scientific Research and Documentation Centre of the Dutch Ministry of Justice (WODC).
