Publications

Researchers of the Institute of Environmental Biology publish on a regular basis in high-impact journals, such as Nature, Science and PNAS. In the CWTS bibliometric study of the Faculty of Science, Utrecht University that was held in 2009 over the period 1999-2008, the IEB scored with a relative citation index of 1.94-fold above world-average second best of all 15 institutes of the Faculty of Science.
