Shared room for male international student - temporary until 2 July 2024

Eligibility: International male UU student (Exchange or degree). You cannot previously have rented housing via SSH.
Fixed rental period: until the fixed end date of 2 July 2024
Rent: rent is 465 euros/month including utilities, excluding reservation fee, cleaning costs and tax fee
Location: Kruisstraat building, Utrecht City Centre
Facilities: The room is shared with a male Exchange student. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with other international UU students.

Rent: rent is 650 euros/month including utilities
Location: Willem Dreeslaan Building in Utrecht
Facilities: The room is private. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with other international Bachelor's and Master's degree students of mixed gender.

Rental period: fixed start date per April or May 2024. Fixed end date of 5 August 2024
Rent: between 696 (Bachelor's students) and 771 euros (Master's and PhD students) per month including utilities. Deposit is 1090 euros
Location: Limapad, Utrecht Science Park
Facilities: The studio (16m2) offers a private kitchen and bathroom. Laundry and communal spaces are shared with other tenants
