Dr. Richta IJntema

Assistant Professor
Social, Health and Organisational Psychology
r.ijntema@uu.nl

Richta IJntema is member of the WORKlab at the Department of Social, Health & Organisational Psychology. Her strength is that she knows how to bridge the gap between science and practice. In 2020, she received her PhD on the topic of psychological resilience in work. Since then, it is her mission to make people in organisations ResilienceWise by changing their perspective on resilience. In accessibly written articles, she shares what resilience is, how to enhance it, and when or when not. In addition to resilience, she also publishes about her own educational vision and approach, for example, her innovative view of train-the-trainer/teacher programmes and her innovative blended approach to peer-led group reflection (intervision).
